Yes, you heard me right. For the betterment of the Heels, we need to have dook beat Wake this Sunday. I feel pretty confident that the Tar Heels will keep the streak going over Clemson. Clemson is 0-50 in Chapel Hill.
With that win, and Wake loss, the Tar Heels will be atop of the ACC standings again.
Man, I feel dirty.....

Actually, I agrre. if the Skins needed Dallass to win to get into the playoffs, I'd just turn off the TV and comeback AFTER the game was over and see what happened. I couldn't sit there and root for them.

if there wasn't an ACC tourney I might have to pull for duke but whether we finished tied for the top spot or in 2nd it doesnt' matter as it will be decided in DC in the ACC Tourney.

You played them at home too. What tough road games have you guys had? And didn't Michigan all most beat you guys?
I'm surprised you didn't use dookies comeback, "how about Santa Clara"?...I was expecting that. lol
There's little doubt you guys are the best team. Heck, i've been on record saying that even if UI lost a game you guys should still be ranked #1.
But that still doesn't take away from you guys playing a pretty easy schedule....
Is this UI first year of being ranked #1? Just wondering

it sucks but there's nothing that can be done about it now, FB is much better and basketball takes a little hit from tradition but it will be just as strong as always.

My boys did what needed to be done to help. Hopefully we can finish strong (BEAT MARYLAND!!!) in order to try and grab a bid for the tourny (at the very least settle for the NIT).

Isn't the regular season title overrated?Thats what all the Md and UNC fans have been saying over the last decade.I can't believe a real Carolina fan would root for Duke,for any reason.I was trying to give my brother(the biggest tarheel fan i know) a high five on The Devils putting them in the #1 spot he just wouldn't do it.Common "DukeMike"
