I know I should probably be able to figure this out somewhere...but I'm lazy and its easier to ask...what is the subtitle under people's name in posts? I assume it is something to do with how many posts the person has made...or something

You are correct. They are based on number of post.

not sure about the papoose question but to have hR Owner you need to be just that, an owner of hR
