The Redskins completed the signing of defensive tackle Cedric Killings on Tuesday.
The 6-2, 290-pounder was signed by the Redskins as a free agent in 2004 and immediately assigned to Rhein Fire of NFL Europe. He registered 32 tackles and three sacks.

But killing would do....

not everyone will make the final roster. we still have plenty of time in free agency, then the draft, then the June 1st cuts. i expect we'll take about 90 guys into camp, so...competition will shake out the best.

Maybe...only positive for the D this season is Lavar is back...losing smoot and pierce hurts! We now have question marks at cb and mlb

More news. Redskins sign Bob the Baby from the Quiznos commercials to the UFA minimum. The great signings and resignings just keep on comin'!

I was reading an artical that pointed out Cedric as having a good game last week...4 stops vs Seattle.

I noticed him making nice stops against Seattle. Good game Cedric...
I hope Griffin and Europe have made him better.
He deserves a 'shout out' for last week and here it is.

Yeah, I saw him on a couple plays including a screen pass he sniffed out.

Killings played very well in the NT spot stuffing the run and is moving his way into the starting lineup. This is nioce because it is another DL that has been developed from within the program.

GW said he was defensive player of the week on Redskins.com. I believe Salave'a is still starting but GW likes to rotate his line to keep them fresh. Killings won't generate a pass rush but he's stout against the run.

LOL! I had Nemo... This might be the first year I don't create myself. I'd be relgated to special teams and backup duty.

I'm also trying to tweek the seetign to get a very realistic "all pro" level season... I want a little challenge and I don't care for some of the all madden level changes.

Yeah I figured it to be too light, but what throws me is that he didn't look 335 either. I was thinking they shaved a few pounds. :D
