With the Browns giving up Ekuban, Warren to the Broncos, could they possibly pull the contract to Courtney Brown off the table?

That's highly doubtful. I think that the Broncos want all of these lineman. They will probably put these players somewhere on the line because they need improvement on it. Don't expect them to pull their offer from Brown.

My friend who is a Broncos fan is highly pissed about this whole situation. First of all they are getting the Browns entire crappy d-line and they are not getting any corners. When I informed him that they had gotten CB, he said he would have been excited if that meant a cornerback. He is pretty down on the fact they lost Herndon and have done nothing to replace him.
He said that there are also rumblings out of Denver (sorry I dont have a link) that they may want to trade up and draft Merriman, so that might be a possible trading partner come draft day.

how many lineman are they going to put in Denver? I thought they needed help elsewhere, like a legitimate RB.

This article makes it sound like he hasn't signed YET but has a deal in place. Plus what would they want with ALL the D linemen in Cleveland when they want to go 3-4??? And what about all the guys they have now at DT, DE?? Are they all gone now??? Just can't understand Denver's thinking in getting all these linemen, especially from the Browns...

Even if they've agreed, if the Broncos revoke the agreed-to contract, no FA will sign with them. He's a bronco. They want to deal Pryce and they have little other talent on the Dline. They're building a new one.

I would like for us to have a legitimate, young pass rusher prior to the draft so we're not swayed into drafting someone at DE too soon when we could go for someone else that fits better in this system. Similar to the way NE and Philly draft, not out of need but to get younger and prepare them for a year or two to take over the starting spot.

CB is done, over, finito. I don't want to talk about him anymore. He is the DE version of Ki-Jana Carter.

yeah we play the Broncos.....I can hardly wait.....CP getting 150 yrds, Chump getting burnt a few times as our O puts up over 3oo yrds through the air and maybe Chump will have a go at WR and get smoked by Swoop.....This will be a great game :)

Who cares about Courtney Brown !! We are going to be better off without him , my question is has anybody heard about (cb) Andre Dyson?????
MY DRAFT WISH
1RD TRADE AWAY OUR #9 PICK FOR A LATER RD1 & RD2 , PICK UP MARK CLAYTON
RD2 (DE) Justin Tuck
RD3 (Mlb) Barrett Ruud or Channing Crowder
all later picks should be on working on our -o-line ! (OG)
We need to sign Andre Dyson asap

I think PacMan, Rolle, Rogers will ultimately be better cbs than Fred Smoot. I think PacMan may be the purest cb in the draft but bet Rolle will make the biggest impact in the leauge. I do excited thinking about him and Taylor on the same field together. People coming into that secondary better buckle up their chinstraps real tight.
