And if he never sees the field then we are having a very good season.

Actually JTF he hasn't signed it yet, only agreed in principle. He apparently is being groomed for a coaching position.

Great guy for depth. He's getting the vet min and moving his family to the area.

Good for depth and teaching, instilling the fundamentals in our younger lineman. Do we have a lineman in his 30s? I know all our starters are in their 20s and Ray is in his 40s. Craziness.

Corey Ramer doesn't count as a lineman does he? (Lineman block) :)
But he was born in 03/03/73 so he just turned 32.

If a guard goes down for a week or two, Ray Brown filling in doesn't bother me ro much. If its a tackle, sign somebody else please :(

I think I heard today that he is the oldest lineman ever in the league. I thought Jackie Slater played 20 years but maybe he was younger in his final year.

Its good to have the big fella signed. He gives us a great backup and veteran leadership. Plus i love having a link to the glory days still playing with us.

If he is playing with the second team then he will be helping to develop Wilson and Molinaro and that center/guard we draft. He sound like a great pick up for coach. Also continues the promote from within strategy.

Good solid signing.

I love it he played very hard for us last year.
