It would be really nice to win this game, I think we'll take it b/c Jermaine O'Neal is still out for Indy and we're at home where we are pretty darn strong this year. We'll need a win to stay ahead of Chicago b/c they seem poised to cut our lead back down to .5 games, playing the lowly Bobcats tonight.

GO BOBCATS!!! Hey, you never know!
Wizards win by 12 points. Gilbert gets 27, Larry gets 25. Etan just gets 6 points, but 11 rebounds.
Indy - 94
Was - 106

The Bulls won.
We need a win to stay ahead of them.
Washington looks to make it five straight wins and move closer to its first playoff berth in eight years when it faces the Indiana Pacers.
When Jamison, averaging 19.6 points and a team-best 7.8 rebounds, went down with a right knee injury on March 14, the Wizards could've struggled to replace the All-Star forward. Instead, Washington has gone 7-3 and is almost certain to be in the postseason for the first time since 1997.
Jamison isn't expected to return until next week at the earliest
"I'm itching but I've got to be patient," Jamison said. "If these guys keep rolling, it's good to take my time and really save my legs until they really need them."

The Wiz should win this 106-97.
Gil gets 31, Larry 25

Nope because ABC has the stupid rule that no other NBA game can be shown on TV the same time as the nationally televised game on ABC....in that case they should do it like the NFL and do regional coverage...thats just foolish.

this is the Magic game vs. better competition. up 67-59 with 5 mins. to go only to blow it. this team can't hold leads.. they're better coming from behind. the Bulls are now tied with us and will probably overtake us for the homecourt. not looking good. this team needs to wake up and play some D in the 4th.

I just got back, and I have a few things I'm pissed off at:
-Hughes forcing up shots, when he didn't make a jumper all day.
-Keeping Dixon in when it was very obvious he didn;t have his magic tonight.
-Eddie Jordan said he "matched up" with a small Pacers lineup made up of players who usually get no playing time, but were in because of injuries and suspensions. We have better player, make them match up!
-having Damone Brown in the game at crunch time.

As good as Hughes has been this season thats the one problem i have had with him...he has poor shot selection...and why wasnt Kwame in the game...he was having a pretty good game according to the box score and he played none in the 4th quarter

We are talking about the Wizards here...you are uttering doom by downplaying the importance of these games.
