Let's. Do. This.
I want this win bad, I want to embarrass the Baby Bulls, I want Wilbon to weep openly on PTI tomorrow, I want Ben Gordon to bow at the feet of Gilbert Arenas and beg for sweet mercy... Yeah, I want a WIN!

HUGE game. We have split the two previous games which means if we win tonight and finish with the same record as the Bulls, we get the 4th seed. WE. NEED. THIS.

wow did anybody see greg anthony and steven a smith go crazy on nba shootaround? They were discussing the whole Jermaine O Neal comments about racism and high schoolers coming in the nba, and it got real heated. steven started to just scream at greg, and greg started to scream at steven. for a sec i thought they would cut the show into a commercial break because i thought there would be a fight.

Shoot I missed it, I was watching a rerun of Seinfeld, what were they saying? I saw Anthony on ESPN earlier saying he is against the age limit.

If the officials reverse this call then they should be shot. That last foul called on Larry was total bull crap.

Here is one of the patented stretches were we take the dumbest shots in the history organized B-Ball. Meanwhile Chicago cuts the lead down to 10.
I am glad they are up and I hope they win but they are not making any type of statement tonight.

If Steve Blake refuses to hit an open shot then he needs to sit. He's missed like four wide open this quarter.

Why is Antawn sitting out we can't get anything going on offsense without his jump shot to open up the court. Steve Blake gives us nothing and Jeffries and Thomas are there strictly for garbage plays.

The shot selection for the Wizards the last 5 minutes is really bad.

Finally Antawn comes back and then all of the sudden our offense is much more fluid. By the way have we ever blocked this many shots!!??

Ugh, don't take out the big 3, we know what can happen with our second stringers in with 2 minutes left.
Guess its probably a good idea to take out the starters, though, since this one seems to be in the bag.
GREAT win! And...we're going to the PLAYOFFS!!!

i get more worried when we take a big lead early opposed to trailing early since we all know the dreaded comeback and 4th quarter debacle as of late. but we held on and it felt great! Haywood's return was GINORMOUS. 11 boards, 4 blocks AND got Chandler ejected. playoffs baby! can't believe i'm uttering that P word.

Brendan Haywood is, by far, our best big man. It's not even close. I'd like to see some sets with Haywood at center and Etan at power forward, though. We could muscle out some more plays inside.

Good win by the Wizards and congratulations on the playoff berth. Gilbert played smart, Hughes was sick and it was nice to see Jefferies get a wicked-sick dunk towards the end of the game. I like the fact that more people are involved as it will only help our chances in the playoffs.
In the interest of maintaining a healthy balance
Note: Even the ESPN Commentator made mention of the Wizards and their very poor shot selection which keeps opponets in games. If the Bulls were at full strength and we committed 17 turnovers this story ending would be different. Every possession in the playoffs will be a battle and the Wizards got several tastes of that playing Detroit and Miami in the regular season. They have to be a lot smarter with the ball and take much better shots if they want to win in the playoffs. The Wizards are young so they will learn some lessons about how much the game changes in the playoffs.
Hail to our playoff bound Wizards!!!

I just want to officially congratulate all Wizards fans on the team making the playoff!!! You guys definitely deserve this one after smacking the my Bulls early and never really letting up.
Now make some noise in the playoffs so we can see a Bulls/Wizards series.... which we all know the Bulls would win. :D

hey i would love to see a bulls wizards series. i really think this rivalry can be great, and i think it got a little more heated with the chandler ejection. actually, the funny thing is, my first wizard game i went to was the second year of the mj era, and it was actually against the bulls. i remember there was like 3 ejections and a lot of bad blood between the two teams, so this rivalry definetly has some history
about the game, i thought it was a fun, fast pace game, and i could tell the announcers were kind of shocked at seeing a new type of basketball. they were pointing out things that ive been accustomed too (like when arenas throws a hail mary to antawn after a miss). But i dont think we valued the ball a couple times, but its probably because their adrenaline was so high. LETS GET THE CAVS
