How can this be? I thought the cap was around 75 mil???? Football economics is confusing.

I understand it to a point, I read up on it a few years back and have a working idea of it. But how can they say we have a salary of 86 mil, and be cap compliant?

Plus that is whit every player we have on the roster .....going into the season we have to cut down to 53 , so i think that helps ....

Still, that won't trim $11 million. I've never understood how a team can have a salary higher than the cap and still be legal.
