former maryland star, and current guard for the wizards, juan dixon will testify before congress about the nba and steroids. all i want to know is why juan? thats like the skinniest dude out there.

They probably chose Juan because they know he won't plead the fifth on the grounds of self-incrimination...there is no way he's juicing.

Its a combination of a couple of things. First he's a DC player and a local so there is no need to fly someone else in. He's not a superstar so it doesn't get the press or scrutiny that bring in the big name Baseball players got. Also he's been quoted as saying there is no steriod problem in basketball in his opinion. That combination of things is why I think he is in. Honestly it makes me a little nervous as to why he was called, perhaps something in his past?
