"The penalty is based upon a violation of law, and it's up to the court to decide whether there had been a violation of law," Aiello said.
Seems to me another pro athlete being given special treatment. I'm sure I was the one that received a DUI I wouldn't keep getting continuences. (?)

Yeah but at least its a break for the Skins. I still believe the NFL needs to get tougher on players for their behavior. These guys get paids tons of money. They need to grow up and appreciate the gift talent and way of life that god has given them. They should all be made to watch a 2 hour video dedicated to the NFL life of Darrel Green and try and emulate how he handled himself as a player on and off the field.

I could care less if it is a break for the Skins. The guy friggin violated the DUI laws and our butts would be up a pole. Thats bullcrap!

I made a personal promise that I would never preach here... but there IS something different between Darrel and the others.

The best thing about DG was how vocal he was about it in every interview and every speech!

I think the thing that is most bothersome about the Haley situation is that his teammates tried to stop him from driving... But Haley insisted he was fine to drive and could handle it  ....
Even if Haley was still in Miami I think he should have to pay the same exact consequence's as you or I would in a similar situation !! :)
