You may still vote for Middle Linebacker if you have not. The thread was moved to the general NFL Forum. Please go there to vote for MLB if you have not yet.
Moving on....

LT. I am thinking the results of this poll could be the most lopsided yet.

We should probably scrap this one and ask who's second best.
I don't see how anyone could not vote for LT

I meant to give smoakme his props for that line!
LT in a runaway!
Hey, what happened to Wilbur Marshall?
I would have voted LT anyway, but Wilbur was better than an "other" don't you think? At least it would have been a good Redskin on the board! Cornelius Bennett should be an other, not Wilbur. Give him his spot, not that it would help, but golly-gee-willikers Batman! :)

Lawrence Taylor is the obvious choice based on consistent outstanding performance.
Jack Ham was great! But he benefited from greatness around him - defensive tackle Joe Greene and defensive end L. C. Greenwood...
But as Keino suggested if it comes down to who should be # 2....
Theodore Paul Hendricks. . .Three-time All-America. . .No. 2 draft pick, 1969. . .Strong, fast, devastating tackler, used height to great advantage. . . Played in 215 straight games. . .In eight Pro Bowls, seven AFC title games, four Super Bowls . . .All-AFC seven times, All-NFC once. . .Career record: 25 blocked field goals or PATs, 26 interceptions, 16 opponents' fumble recoveries, four safeties. . . In his final pro game, Hendricks was the starting left linebacker in the Los Angeles Raiders' 38-9 trouncing of the Washington Redskins in Super Bowl XVIII.
Ouch!!!!!

LT.
Followed by Biscuit (Cornelious Bennett) and Andre Tippet. Honorable mention to Jack Ham and Ted "The Stork" Hendricks.

nothing wrong with that choice, thomas was an incredible linebacker. holds record for most sacks in a game with 7. thats pretty good. but i voted for LT, the dominator.

I'm surprised some of you didn't vote for Marcus Washington! *ducks*
Just kidding....
LT is the best OLB of all time. (Thanks to Al Groh ;) )

The poll should be Lawrence Taylor, and "Other."

I hate LT but I can't see how you cannot vote for him. He revolutionized the position. But that being said, Andre Tippett doesn't get enough credit for being as good as he was. He was one of the best as well.

It's LT and it's not even debateable, that crackhead is probably the greatest defensive player of all time.

LT hands down is the best OLB to ever play the game (even if he did play for the gints  :giantsuk: )

LT.
I wanted to be the same. I am a conformist.
LT was the man, he manhandled Qbs for a living and was a great blitzer.

Definitely LT, he was a major impact on the field.

As much as it pains me, I went with LT. A beast on the field, but a complete idiot off of it.

LT redefined the OLB position with his skills and performance year in and year out. He was the next step on the evolutionary ladder of the OLB.
There should be no question that LT is the best OLB ever.

This one is too easy. We all got to see up close and personal the dominance of LT. I hate that he was our rival, but I respect it too. Cause by playing great players we built great teams.

LT...case closed.
I sure hated to see Derrick Thomas die. He had a lot left to offer.

LT. No Question. Gibbs had to devise specific blocking schemes just for him. That my friends is some mad respect.
