May captained the 1980 Pittsburgh team that went 11-1 and featured three other College Football Hall of Famers - quarterback Dan Marino, tackle Jimbo Covert and defensive end Hugh Green.

Currently a college football analyst for ESPN, SportsTicker's parent company, May was selected in the first round of the 1981 NFL draft by the Washington Redskins and was a member of two Super Bowl-winning teams in his 13-year career.

I love Mark May, who instantly becomes the meanest man in the College Football Hall of Fame. The guy still gets into dust-ups in bars, you have to love that brand of ornery.
