We need to select a Backup to Best Ever winner Russ Grimm. We are redoing this poll due to a revaltion of a OG we missed. Thanks Wild Bore for bringing it to our attention.

My vote is for Vince. Hard to ignore a member of the 70 greatest as well as in the Ring of Fame. (Someone had to keep Jurgensen on his feet.)

I would put Mark May, "Rollo" Mckenzie and Mark "Stinky" Schlereth all at about the same level, which is very good.
My vote goes to one of the 70th best of all Redskins, Vince Promuto.

I went with Mark Schlereth, but I agree with Rich, he, May, and McKenzie are pretty much even.

McKenzie - As a backup you couldn't ask more of a guy who could play T, G, or C and do a solid job of it.

Went with Promuto, who has all the props and edges out May in my opinion.

I was just going to suggest that you kill this poll and move to the next one when I saw that there is a tie.
Someone else needs to cast a vote!

I've got to vote for Raleigh Mckenzie. He was always there making big plays during the times when the Skins needed them the most.
