It sure is. It's great to have McCune signed. I'm getting football antsy now. :)

Does he have an incentives clause for every career he ends?

Does he have an incentives clause for every career he ends?
...Or for every head he makes bleed?

This guy is one bad mothereffer... I can't WAIT to see him start pounding people into the turf. These last 10 days to TC are going to be a nightmare.

Does anyone have any pull with the Redskins FO? I have asked three times for stories with pics for those of us without the capability to watch the videos. No replies, and of course, no story back-ups for the vids!

this like shows details on Nemo Broughton's deal but it was updated july 20 so it doesnt show McCune's deal yet:
http://redskins.scout.com/3/salary_cap_chart.html
but you can check it once in a while and they'll update it pretty soon.

you didnt miss much on that video link. he just mentioned that McCune had agreed to terms, then talked about the practice fields, tents, goal posts, etc.

Without question whit...there will be a special premium on the careers of the fleet-footed Blew Dreadsoe and Vinny (the Poo) Testaverde.

Welcome aboard Robert!

Now bring the pain!

This is a good signing. From what I hear from you guys, this man is a beast. Well, it is now time for him to show everyone how much of a beast he really is.

I don't think you have a thing to worry about with the looks of that monster. Great that we signed him. He will be the steal of our draft.

This guy is certainly a physical specimen, we can only hope that with him learning from the likes of Marcus Washington he is gonna be a fantastic MLB. Greg Williams seen something in him to draft him and thats enough for me....

I really think his age (26) is the only reason he dropped to the 5th round in the draft. The guy's strength and athleticism are unreal. Williams can harness the rest and make him into a football machine.

Anybody still mis Pierce?

Well, apparently we now have a cross between The Incredible Hulk and Lawrence Taylor, minus the cocaine, right?

SPECULATION ROCKS! (after all, it's what our preseasons have been built on the last 5 years... )

Seriously, I dig McCune's story and physical ability, he could be NASTY...

I saw some film on him. He looked to attack the play like a rabid dog. However, he also was a little slow to react initially (coachable) and would occasionally overpursue (coachable). I was actually concerned that he might hurt himself the way he was launching himself at the ball carrier or the pile.

I like the word "launching" a lot! If GW didn't have a problem putting an undrafted special-teamer in at starting MLB (Pierce), who's to say McCune couldn't be the man in the middle to start?
