I've heard the name Kenneth Scott being bantered about.
Supposedly,this Scott fellow is already in the FedEx stable and has family ties to NASCAR.
That would be great if FedEx could promote from within.

Waltrip would be a good choice I think, but then again take away his DEI plate cars and what do you get...so on second thought nevermind Waltrip :D
