Which current NFL coach would you like to have for the Washington Redskin?

I went with Jeff Fisher. I always admired him and I think he is one the best in he business right now.

Sorry I didn't offer that many options, but these are my top 3. :)

Hard to say no to Belichek.

I really can't picture anyone but Joe Gibbs coaching the Skins. I am hoping that GW is picking up on enough that he'll be more successful in his next stint as a head coach (hopefully with us).

Other, Bill Cowher. He always has a hard hitting, prepared football team.

I'd go with belicheck. befroe gibbs got the job I was kinda hoping for dennis green because he was available.

just to be clear I was not hoping for green over gibbs, I didn't have a clue gibbs would come back so i thought green was the best availabble

Any concern about the perception that he'll never win the big one?

(Just asking. I really like Cowher's coaching style a lot.)

He may just get his yet. He has the best QB he has ever had to work with now in Ben. Remember, Cowher reached the Super Bowl with O'Donnell, who lost the big game himself with the stupid int's.

Above all, Cowher stresses the fundamentals, his teams are never sloppy and I appreciate that.

I agree. Please don't think I am being critical... I love any throwback hard nosed "tough guy" type coach. I am curious to see how he does this season b/c I think Big Ben is going to slip a little. I know one thing... They bring a killer D to the table!

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say Herm Edwards. I love the guy's enthusiasm, he seems to really stress the team aspect. I'm sure the media would love it, he's always good for a quote!

I went with Belicheck...i love good D and he knows how to do that.

Also when I was playing Madden 05 in franchise mode he took over for Gibbs after 4 straight superbowl wins and we continued for 3 more...that is enough of a reason for me!!!

This is my option as well.

I like coaches with long tenures in a football town.

Where's Rich Kotite?

Belicik...a proven winner.

Shanahan, Cower and John Fox would be others.

Gotta go with Belicheck. The best in the businesss right now easily. If Gibbs, hadn't come back at the time he did, I wanted to get Denny Green. He will do a good job with Arizona this year.
