PM and POP UP Windows

If many of you are like me and became accustomed to the pop up window warning you that you have a PM message, you can select that option here as well. Currently the default is set for all users to not have that function. You can change that by going into "cp user" button at the top, then go to Edit Options, and and turn it on in that screen.
