AWESOME!!! FINALLY! Its bad enough that I haven't seen the Redskins play since Dec. 26th. and even then it was only the last :45 of that game :banghead:... not exactly the BEST play for me to be left with. (Before that it was in person at the Eagles game... I need better memories!!) I don't know how crazy my roommates will be about this, but I'm so *CENSORED BY SPENCE* excited. WOO!!! :Pickle:

I was hoping to watch the game with my Stiller fan buddy. But he'll be working at game time. So I'll have to watch it without him and send him text messages.

Luckily, Los Angeles fans have gotten all the games up till now live, and now this one on Fox!! This is spankin' good news. It would be too great to get the last game live, as well, so I don't have to watch the crappy re-runs of the games on NFL Network.

Oh man, Friday can't get here soon enough.

Although it HAS been fun the last two weeks listening to the NFL.com internet broadcasts of the games, this is my first time seeing them live this year - also the BIGGEST game of the entire PS, IMO, due to the fact that Ramsey needs to show more positive consistency, we'll have LaVar, Portis and other starters back, and next Tuesday will spell the end of 15 current rostered players' tenures. ("...rostered players' tenures." hmmm, sounds official, lol)
i will be at a local Eagles bar, cheering US on and cursing the rest of 'em out! (It really IS hilarious to see them freak out when you bring up their phenominal ability to choke each year, and never win the Lombardi, hee, hee, hee ;) - the bartenders even have to tell them that i'm right, and that is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO satisfying, believe me!) :lol1:

I am so happy cant wait intill friday. I live in cali so they hardly ever show Redskins games. I cant stand watching thoughs cheap raiders and 49ers games. I just wish all year they would show more Redskins games out hear.

Could be worse! You could have to watch the Saints. And listen to all of the hoopla and wishful thinking of Aint's fans like I do.

I love my Skins

It's great that they are on, but unfortunately I planned a camping trip this weekend. How could I be so STUPID!!!!

...however I do have something to fight my stupidity. I ordered Directv DVR and it's being installed on thursday. I will never miss a skins game again...even if I watch it late....YIPEEE!!!!!

I guess I'm not so bad after all. Thank God for NFL Sunday Ticket :)

I'm excited for sure. I was worried that the game wouldn't be shown here in san diego: the chargers are playing at the same time on tv, and during regular season games no other football games are usually broadcast at the same time. But, I checked the tv schedule, and it's a go!!!

Wow, I can't even imagine being a Skins fan from far away. I live in Va so we get all the Redskin games usually. I also go to 4 games a year...this year it will be the Cowgirls, Giants, Seahawks, and San Diego.

The last two years they have shown every Redskin preseason game out here in LALA land. One of the local stations here picks up the "Redskins Network". Yet another reason SoCal is the best place to live.

So, its on Fox this week? I guess I can look foward to Bradshaw ripping the team this week.

I'm usually subject to frackin panthers games.... :banghead: ! So obviously I was able to see the first preseason game, but missed the bengals game. I'm really stoked about seeing them this week, I want to see improvement in Ramseys ability to read the D and cut down on mistakes. If he plays no better than he has the last 2 games , over the next 2 , then I will be concerned entering our home opener.

Yes, my Friday is set!! No movies, no reality tv, just some Redskins football. I haven't seen them yet this year, but this is perfect. Pre season game 3 when coaching is searching for answers. Patrick, time to show your stuff.

Yes....Go Skins!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :inkston:

Yeah, I have gone to the formerly reliable sports bar the last two weeks only to talk about how it would be nice to watch the game, they couldn't tune it in. Fortunately NFL TV has been replaying all the games multiple times.

You're not kidding either! I was told that the Eagles game would be on at the same time, and I've searched frantically to see if we were still going to get the 'Skins game here. The Iggles are on ABC... thank God!

Man that sounds like you were Dry Gulch Arizona my friend. I am sure you've been punished with Cardinals, Cowboy, Charger games to the max!

Oh and me I just get peppered with the Colts, Bears, Vikes, Packers, Rams, Bengals, Steelers, Cowboys (yep), Browns, Bills, Jets, Giants(yep - nO freakin reason for them at all like the Cowboys!), Eagles (yep them too), NE, Baltimore, Seahawks, Dolphins, Titans.

Of those listed above that I get shoved down my throart each week, guess who's 1 out of every 8 weeks ! The Redskins. The Skins were on ESPN Monday night twice. I saw 1 friggin game on local tv. I would have sign up for sattelite which Doesn't work where I live, due to the location and being in an apartment. The last attempt I made for Satellite, was a financial and logistical disaster!

So, I crawl back to cable next week

I also have it, the problem is they honor the blackout rules during pre-season. So I while I get Comcast Sportsnet on DTV, the games are actually blacked out for me live, but I can catch the replay.

Regular Season I will see every game, including 9 in-person, so Im stoked about it.....

Yeah I remember that from last offseason when I lived there. The WB doesn all the Redskins pre-season games. Really wiered that of all the teams, they'd have a deal with the Skins.

With this game 3, wouldn't the team keep Ramsey in most of the first half? I would also like to see JC with the first team.

I had a Great time watching the game tonight! Thanks Fox!

Let me add I saw several Sept 11th season opener adds by Fox that advertised a double header: Skins vs Bears (BOLD) 1pm est & Cowboys vs Chargers 4pm est.

They listed several games for the 1 o'clock games but the Skins were up top.

The fact that I live in San Antonio I always get the Cowboy games (puke) and sometimes the Texans. But it looks like I might be able to watch the season opener on TV. I'm so freakin' pumped! Hopefully beating the Bears will give us all the confidence in the world to start the season and then will go down to Dallas to crush the cowboys.

Anybody else know for sure?

Yeah I go through that same thing with the bold print to let on to what's showing, but sometimes it is preempted by one the five or six area teams showing, because they are in an away game. This happened to me 5 times last season.

So there I was, sitting in my Lazy Boy, remote in hand, tuning to the local Fox station at 7pm for the start of the Skins game. What's the first thing I see? Freaking Soldier Field, that what. I went through the roof. What happened to my National Coverage of the Skins game? I was so mad I could have spit. Bills vs. Bears. I was so mad I couldn't even scout the game for our beloved team.

So I flipped back to NFL networks No Huddle. They didn't even go to the game once. Every other game was hit 2 or 3 times, but not my beloved Skins.

Stupid regional coverage!

All I can say is I got my Sunday Ticket and come September 11th they won't be stonewalling me again!
