Has anyone ever seen the footage of Springer singing in a gospal band? Its probably 20 years old but its funny as hell seeing him do that compared to what he's doing on the show.

This is really no worry... the average Jerry Springer fan couldnt find his way from his mobile home to the voting office anyway, let alone spell his name.

Springer was a pretty good politician before going into the media. He's actually a very smart man and certainly more qualified intellectually for the Senate. As for his morals--well, I prefer what he does to "respectable" politicos who sell their votes to HMOs or Big Oil or a thousand other wealthy lobbies.

I think it would be hilarious for him to be in the Senate. Those blowhards take themselves so seriously, Springer would be the perfect tonic. I think he's got a tough road to hoe, however. I wouldn't give him more than a 15% chance of election in Ohio.

Law Degree from Northwestern
Ran for Governor of Ohio

In my opinion he has absolutely wasted his life with that horrible talk show.
I think he is a very sad man.
