i think the way the steelers are playing i think they should perhaps be #1 on the powerpoll.

I also like all the Skins references in other teams descriptions!! :D

Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom,

Let's go over this again - Undefeated team come first, THEN the other teams......... LOL

Great Job there buddy! Looks even brighter today.

AND your probably right about big Ben and the regular season, but it's fun to watch him lose in the playoffs.

09-20-2005, 10:35 AM
That was realistic and funny at the same time. :lol1:

09-20-2005, 10:37 AM
Hilarious! And right on, except I think the Bears are top 15. Mike Brown is amazing.

How do I say this delicately? Ahem… “DIE, YOU FILTHY PIGS, DIE!”

Randy Moss got hosed by that bogus offensive pass interference call in the end zone that robbed him of a touchdown catch. Oddly enough, that didn’t happen to another wideout with the last name of Moss, who caught two TD passes Monday night to defeat the Dallas Cowboys.

Redskins players and fans shocked to see sudden introduction of something called the forward pass into the team playbook late in the 4th quarter.

Each one of these required a minute or two to recover from...good stuff!

Great job Spence!
One suggestion....more Moss! I got a fever and the only cure is...more Moss! :)

Very good Tom, where is Loneturd when you need a spot on critique of your work?

09-20-2005, 10:51 AM
Absolutely perfect!

09-20-2005, 10:54 AM
I might consider putting the Giants above us right now... just because they have looked a little more explosive offensively. Great job!!

09-20-2005, 11:00 AM
This was straight comedy at its finest!! Good job Spence!

09-20-2005, 11:06 AM
What a homer!!!
Well usually you are not, but I think that a couple of TD in the most prestigious game of football may have had an input on this week power poll...

09-20-2005, 11:12 AM
Wow, I would never thought I would see the Bengals rated that high. Great job Marvin Lewis.

09-20-2005, 11:17 AM
great power rankings. I agree 100%.

09-20-2005, 11:33 AM
I love it.... it made me smile. Great write up. It was amazing ALMOST as much as me singing "hail to the redskins" on my way to class this morning while passing a Cowboys fan. I got a phone call from my friend Mike who I might be going to the Eagles game with. It was simple yet perfect. "How GREAT is it to be a redskins fan today?"

09-20-2005, 12:04 PM
Spence... workin' us up the ladder!! I like it mate... It's great to finally see us in the top half of the ol' Power Poll. :)

13. Dallas Cowboys [1-1]: How do I say this delicately? Ahem… “DIE, YOU FILTHY PIGS, DIE!” [-3]

That's quality journalism.

09-20-2005, 12:14 PM
Well done, sir!

09-20-2005, 12:17 PM
Great job Spence. It is nice to seeing you feeling so optmistic. Marriage really changes a person... wait, I think I used that line last week?

I think cincy is a little high. Wait until they play a good team and that secondary gets exposed.

09-20-2005, 12:40 PM
I would have put us after the panthers and giants to be honest (13). We'll belong in the top 5 if we get consistent play from the QB. We're so close.

09-20-2005, 12:49 PM
It might be because I have been too jacked to sleep but that was the funnies thing I've read in a long time. LMAO

09-20-2005, 12:58 PM
That's quality journalism.
Well, Fatsquerelli-quality journalism, anyway.

And I totally agree with Spence.

Great poll.

Did the Redskins beat Dallas? They did! 14-13, in Dallas? On the night the "Triplets" got inducted into the Cowboys' Ring of Fame? Man, that must be really humiliating for Dallas fans. What, we can't find any Dallas fans this morning? Strange, they were just here a minute ago...

09-20-2005, 02:06 PM
No way the Colts are #1. They're having as much trouble scoring as our offense. But their offense is loaded with the the best QB in the league. And arguably the best WR in the league...

Everything else seemed head on.

09-20-2005, 03:27 PM
Funny stuff! But I'd also put the Giants and Panthers above us for now. Especially the Panthers, seeing as they did just beat the Pats and all that.
