i will be at home and chilling for the next 2-3 weeks. why? because yesterday at work i partially-amputated my left index finger while cutting off a strip of a sedament fence. it was pretty bad. i did it at around 12:15, and wasnt finally done until around 7. the worst part though is i cant play guitar for until im better.

Man, that sounds painful. Did you get it reattached? Hopefully you will still be able to play madden on your time off.

This is not a joke.They do test in some places to see if they can avoid paying workmans comp because the worker was on something.

It was standard practice at my old job and it was demanded by the insurance co.

no no, i was 100% sober. but i definitly couldnt pass a piss test though.

man i quit that months ago. not enough pay/hours. i've been doing landscaping again for awhile now.

This is how they get out of paying people at some places.
A test is a test...is a test.
They don't know if you were under the influence of something when the accident occured,or last week.
The results all mean the same thing to them.
Think about it.

Not without his consent. They can take blood to check the basics, but they can't run any extensive lab tests without his permission.
