for the reason his shoulder got worse. I have heard other things about the Jags doctors and Coughlin handling injuries wrong

Of course he's going to start pointing fingers...but when I blew my shoulder out back in 97, the doctors told me it was possible that it would be worse than better if I operated on it. I'm sure he was told the same thing.
Even with all teh technology we have and the daily surgerys that are successes, there are injuries that can not be fixed, and unsuccessful surgeries.
It's an unfortunate fact of life.

I actually saw a show about another Jags player ( can't remember where) that had a problem with his leg and the Coughlin had the docs kep doing something to keep him playing instead of fixing it right and it got really bad and I think the guy retired becuase of it. The site had pics of te leg and the doc kept saying it was alright. As far as I understand the coach has to listen to the doc not the other way around

Yup I don't think the doctors have listen to the coaches but the coaches probably have alot of influence...if that its true what you said,then he might acutally have a case.

It's possible, but the burden of proof is squarely on the plaintiff in this case. He will need to bring extreme proof.
