This will be a boost in morale for the troops and no doubt a boost for the new, young civilian Gov't. Now, if they can just someohow get hold of the ongoing Guerilla War that seems to be alive and well in Iraq.

This could be great... but they had a White House Briefing a few mnutes ago on CNN and "could not confirm" that news.

What is the point of having the briefing then?

It's been confirmed, guys. They're dead. They certainly had it coming. Would have been nice to get them alive, though. Perhaps it just wasn't possible.

By the way, whomever tipped the U.S. off to the presence of Uday and Qusay Hussein gets $30 million--$15 million per son. Here (http://www.rewardsforjustice.net/english/rewards_program/Saddam1.htm) is more info.

I heard last night that the person who tipped us may not een get the money. They have to go through tons of red tap... and now the gov is saying they offered "up to" 15 mil for each.

Definitely cant confirm this... but if it is true... it sucks... makes us look real bad... and further complicates the chances of getting Saddam.

They deserve to be dead. I heard on the Today show that one of the brothers raped, tortured and killed because he liked it. The other did it to install fear in people.

I can't believe anyone would be an olympic athlete for that country with the torture they recieved for poor performances.

Most had no choice..its very true. These brothers were more ruthless then thier father. Whataver hell they believed in I hope they are rotting there now.

No matter what, he'll get something in the long run. I obviously believe in heaven and hell, but if you don't, you should believe in carma, and he lived a great life, so he needs to suffer a terrible afterlife or terrible life in reincarnation.

Where did you here this? It really would be bad if we skipped out on promise. Would not surprise me though (i'm such a cynic).

I heard he will be getting it and he may actually be a cousin of Saddam. The house where the shootout was was at a cousing of Saddma and he reportedly led US troops ther ebecause he did nto want them there.

I dont know... I heard it meantioned on CNN about the legalalities of the money... but you guys may have heard a more updated report.

I think he deserves ALL of the money... and atleast he wont have to pay taxes!
