so he has been moved to the 53 man roster.....
GW will be useing a 3-4 D with LA at DE
would love to see McCune at LB but I don't think Westbrook would.

McCune might see some time on special teams, to replace some backup there who gets pressed into duty, but i doubt he'll play on defense unless there's another injury.

I think Robert Johnson is a message to Robert Royal and his fumblin bumblin hands.

McCune obviously piqued my interest when I read up about him but after the preseason, I was somewhat surprised to see Robert Johnson on the cut list. I thought he did a solid job but probably dropped a few but no more than everyone else. Isn't he huge? I'm a little fuzzy.

i saw him listed at 6'-6, 278. if that is accurate then yes he's huge for a tightend.

Lavar won't be a DE in a 3-4, he would get eaten up. Stand up OLB on the LOS would be more appropriate.

I think McCune was on coverage teams. Wasn't he wearing #59 out there?

Royal was out because of injury....but Johnson was fairly impressive. He blocked pretty well. Will be interesting if the Skins starting working him into the receiving game....although Sellers is really doing an excellent job. Sellers should be the starting tight end here on out.
