i voted that his doing a good job. I wonder if any of that that 4% resides outside of Dallas.

Anybody who cannot see what he has done for this team in less than two seasons is clueless. He should have a 100% approval rating, IMO.

Joe has turned around a fading franchise. Watch out if, scratch that, WHEN we make into the playoffs. This team can go deep.

I agree, if this team plays when the same kind of passion, and intensity, I don't think there is a team we can't beat. We're are definitely a team that no one would want to see in the playoffs.

Many people are overly critical of Gibbs, but I appreciate everything he has done to turn around a franchise that was on life support and about to have the plug pulled.

we're on a upswing so obviously his approval rating is gonna be up but i'm happy for Joe. He's bringing this franchise back to being consistently in every game week in and week out. I just hope that when joe retires that Gregg Williams is our coach but i hope Joe doesn't leave to soon.

I totally agree MoeRedskins, it's a pretty good possibility that the 4%(or at least some of it) came from the Dallass area.I do think though, that Gibbs deserves 100% because of the improvements this team has shown in just 2 years.
