Yes there is supposed to be a video, its an in-game clip with some added commentary.

Doesn't work for me, although I actually do want to see it. That was one of the highlights of the game for me.

I bet they shut it down for bandwidth. Basically take the screen shots above and imagine some frat brothers with Tivo shuttling back and forth and giving a running dialog from Deliverance. You get the picture?
