Thanks for the heads-up, PSF. Good to read, though I wouldn't expect much negative talk from the camp reports. It sounds good, but it usually does every year.

We will and users can help out as well. I have sent PMs out to those who confirmed they are attending camp on different days. PM me your personal observations on camp that you saw. We will use that material. The more involved we are as members, the better the site will be. We have proven that. We have simply incredible involvement and that is why the site hits are skyrocketing.

OK, 7/29/03 6 PM News Report:

Channel 7:

Ramsey looked sharp today, sharper than Monday.

Comments from Ramsey: Feels the guys are in place here this year....says he felt much sharper today than yesterday...feels that there is alot in place already because of mini-camps and coaching sessions that now allows him to conentrate on reads, timing, and the head part of the game...thinks Coles is super fast...they commented to Ram that it looks as if today that Coles is becoming his favorite WR...says right now they are working on timing

Channel 9:

More Ramsey talk and interview, pretty much the same...had comments from Cerrato and Cerrato stated about the Wilky release that much of the decision was based on the future and being able to do things for the future

Channel 4....Michaels and Sonny

felt there was great hitting and percision out there today....SJ said that the contract with Big Daddy just couldn't get done,....talked with Cerrato, here are cerrato's comments...said it was very disappointing especially tough to do with a veteran who has been here awhile, economical decision, it will allow us to take care of our verteran free agents next season, that was the goal, that is what we will do, also mentioned that they left the door open told Big daddy to go out and see if he can get what he wants, if not, the offer is still open.......talked to Gibran Hamdan....said the Spurrier is about moving the football down the field and making smart decisions....said it is an exciting time ot be a Redskins and where this team is going....Sonny thing Hamdan will prove to be a steal in the 7th round, great arm

You know people give poor old Gus alot of crap but he is a capable back up for what position we took him at. He made the pro bowl, so we know under the right system the guy has the tools to suceed. Just as long as he does not head but any concrete. :D

You must not have saw the highlight of Frerotte as a Bengal last year in their first meeting against the Browns. His right arm being pulled down by a defender, he 'ingeniously' tossed the ball left handed (opposite) in a jump ball fashion to Kenard Lang (another former Skin) who 'raced' down the sideline the other way. I believe that was one of the last appearances Gus made for the woeful Bungals last season. Always hated that guy.
