Just heard on 980am on the web that his foot was stepped on and he was carted off at the end of practice. Said they will have an update soon.

Interesting, George and Sonny didn't mention it on the news.

They went through the list of injuries on the 6pm news and he wasn't listed there as well. Are the Redskins hiding info?

Just updated that Lavar was walking leaving Redskin Park and said there was no break

FYI -Brett A your likely to give us all heartattacks if you don't watch the name you choose on your subject thread. "LaVar Injured" ?????? For something like this we would need solid info to back it up, otherwise we'll all freak out before we get a chance to read all of your post. Just a suggestion, how about "LaVar might be hurt" or "Someone steped on LaVar's foot".

With that said, is it really minor or what? I've searched the web, haven't found anything yet. Will he be back practicing tomorrow?

Thanks for the quick post though, it's good to be informed.

Shoe, Skins, shoe.

Oh, and Brett, once someone gives me CPR, I'm coming to your house with an axe. ;)

BTW, why are you guys jumping on Brett like that? I heard the same reports that he heard on 980. That's all that they were reporting at the time.

Sorry I didn't mean to jump all over Brett A. , but I log-on to HailRedskins.com Forum though out most of the day and the first thing my eye's see is "LaVar's Injured". That's enough of a panic attack to not allow me enough strength to click on the post to find out more. Turns out everything is likely fine, I pray. But really I'm not mad at Brett, just the scare my body & mind went though when I read that freaked me out. Has anybody found out anything more, it's all good right?

Snippet from the post:

Arrington's Foot

The Redskins got a scare at the end of the afternoon practice when linebacker LaVar Arrington remained on the ground in pain after having his foot stepped on by Coles on a play. But club officials said the foot was only bruised and Arrington should be able to practice today. "I'm fine," Arrington said. . . .

Not to cause another shock episode, but heard on 980 that Lavar got hurt again today. Hurt on a hard hit. That's all for now.
