did anyone else hear that the NFL network is going to broadcast multiple games per week including thanksgiving?

that means that for the first time nationally televised games (other than ours) will only be viewable by a premium service like the nFL Network (only in 40 million homes).

Does anyone else believe this is the first step in taking a major portion of the schedule on the NFL network? I don't know what the economics look like but it must make sense to cut out a network and make more money.

I think this absolutely sucks.

I don't like it, I'm on a cable service that doesn't provide the NFL network yet. I also think this is the first step in making games (at least, out of market games) pay-per-view.
Supposedly the Skins/Girls will be the first game on the NFLN.

im local, i have the nfl network, and i think this move stinks. i dont like the direction this move may be going in......
