Sounds like a good starting point for a superbowl run.

You're not counting other team's OC's and DC's that were head coaches before.

Miami is quietly doing a very good job also with Saban, Mularkey and Capers

I agree....

Mularkey had the Steelers rolling a few years back with Maddox at QB if that tells you anything. Capers who is medicore as a head man has always been a great coordinator.

If they get TO and a good QB they will have a good shot at the entire AFC.

Quite a cast Gibbs and Snyder are putting together here. Every one of these guys knows what it takes to win and they aren't going home until the job is done. This will be a busy offseason for the coaches as they work to implement their techniques and adjust to new surroundings and personel. Joe Gibbs will ensure that everything falls into place. This is exciting.

I'm estatic about these staff signings, these guys are true professionals who can really lead a team. But be a little cautious, however. I'm getting a little "Deion/Bruce Smith/Jeff George/Andre Reed/Mark Carrier" feeling with all these All-Star coach signings. I know it's not really the same type of deal, but I'm a little worried about the "too many chefs in the kitchen" theory.

I still stand by the sentiment that Gibbs is way too smart to fall into a trap like that. As we all know, noone knows PEOPLE like Joe knows people. Face it guys and girls, Joe Gibbs is always 10 steps ahead of us and that's fine.:)

It'll get better before it gets worse!

Oh, I'm with you all the way. If anybody can manage this great group of people, it's Coach. But I'm a little reserved because my excitement always seems to burn me in the end.

They can actually go all the way.... until we defeat them at their own home :)

Saban has done a pretty nice job so far.

They have some glaring needs, but I think they will address them and be ready for a Super Bowl run. I keep joking with my brother that we need to break the Miami/Redskins Super Bowl tie.

It could happen.

Thats if TO doesn't go to the Broncos!
