Did anyone see this ESPN special last night? I thought it was pretty decent docu-show. They took the exact second and minutes of plays and events that defined the Super Bowl. Outside the obvious 9 seconds of 'Riggo's Run' and the 32 combined seconds of Doug Williams' 'Greatest Quarter', what were your favourite moments.

Mine were Whitney Houston's Star Spangled-Banner rendition in 1991 and the Apple Macintosh "1984" inspired one-minute commercial. What were yours?

Is it just me or is 2 weeks too long to wait for the Super Bowl?

Your two favorite moments were things that didn't even affect the outcome of the game? I'd have to say my favorite moment was Super Bowl 4, when the Chiefs handed it to the Vikings. Hank Stram cracks me up.

I didn't see the show, but my favortie Super Bowl moments are

Brett and the Packers beating the Tuna led Pats.
Brady's drive and Adam V's kick to beat the heavily favored Rams.
Although I was rooting for the Titans, their last drive against the Rams was impressive.

That might be it. The team I want to win RARELY if ever wins the game.

No my two faves were Riggo's Run and Doug's 2nd QTR. But the next two moments were the SSB and the Mac commercial. Remember, the Super Bowl hasn't been just about the football game in about 20 years now. It's more. a cultural icon, even.

Remember, I am talking specifically about the choices presented in the ESPN piece last night. I guess you may have had to watch it.

.Yeah that last play where thr receiver was brought down and stretched with all his might to get it over the plane but came up just short was classic. Who was that anyway, Dyson?

Man that game must have incredibly tough on Titans fans. Imagine to have the opportunity to tie the game and send it into overtime dissapear like that. Too bad they had no timeouts left.

I think the player you named, Andre Dyson, was their CB.

It was Kevin Dyson.

Here's a pic I like that defines Super Bowl XXVI, from the Bills perspective:

Elway's 'helicopter' was very memorable.

I love that pic!

Rich, remember the clip where Kelly is on the floor after a big hit by two redskin defensive linemen and they're kind of patting each other on the helmets? Kelly knew the game was over, as did our players, and they were just giving each other props. Great moment.

I love that SB!

For me Super Bowl X. I was 8 at the time, but remember seeing this game. Watch the highlights. Late in the 4h Quarter, the Cowgirls come with an all out blitz. Bradshaw holds his ground, throws at the last minute, and gets knocked out while completing a 64 yd touchdown pass to Swann. Big time play, by big time players, in a big game.
