We have had a Moderator change. Due to business in school, JoeDachmoe will be vacating a Moderator spot, but will stick around hR and you will likely see more of his outstanding writing. Joe is in school i believe for journalism and I can attest, as many of you can right here, he is one of the best writers that has ever stepped foot in HR. Joe - thank you for you service and STUDY!

After much thought in replacing Joe, we had tough decisions to make because of all the members here that help police the forums, keep and maintain and grow our community culture. One poerson stuck out that has contributed to building hR, establishing this great community and working hard at creating great discussion.
