it's really good, especially if you're a cash fan. i didn't realize it was still in theatres though.

Yeah...it is getting extended play thanks to the Golden Globe wins and Oscar nominations.

For DC locals, it is playing at Ballston at 7 and 10 this week.

Its a good movie if you're not a Cash fan-its great movie if you are. Just a solid movie all around. Phoenix sounds like Cash(he sang all the songs and Cash picked him out) but Reese Witherspoon doesn't sound like June Carter at all.

I really liked it.. I actually haven't met anyone who didn't, but you never know. Definitely give it a chance.

Easily one of the best of the year. What a shame that it didn't get a Best Picture nomination.

This movie was so good that at the end we were staring at each other wishing the movie was even longer. It is already a pretty long movie, but it felt too short. Loved it.

Thanks to the snow...we never made it to the Theater to see the movie. Guess we will have to wait until the 28th like everyone else. :devil2:

Still go see it in the theaters if you can. This film has one of the best sound mixes I've ever heard. You'll hear and feel things that no home theater system can deliver.

Plus... seeing a movie on the big screen just can't compare to anything else. Big picture, big sound...

I hear ya...but it isn't easy getting out of the house these days with our 11-month. ;)
