Fox5 broke in saying that the building was evacutated because of a suspicious powder was found.

The first test came back positive for a nerve agent, but it was a false alarm.

HOB? House of Blues?House Office Building. One of the buildings where House Of Representitives members have their offices on Capitol Hill. Sorry about that. FedEx couriers (and Hill staffers like fent) refer to it that way.

not to be picky, but it was the senate side. apparently some 200 staffers and a dozen senators were quarantined for about 4 hours in the garage. fortunately it was nothing, but there has been a lot of that kind of thing going on around here lately. just enough to make me wonder what's going on.

I can't believe that I missed my chance to refer to one of the SOBs, in an affectionate way of course. :)
