ugh, fantasy racing is pretty much the one fantasy sport i could never get into. probably because nascar bores me to the point of tears. the only part of it that i even consider watching is like the last lap, maybe the last 2, just to see who won so i can pretend i know about it the next day. despite that i joined carmikes yahoo league but i think i'll sit this one out.

Hey B. Fauble and CarMike, next race is the last race of the first segment. After next race you have to choose a new team for the start of the second segment. It can be the same drivers as long as you can afford their new price which is usually hard to do. If you don't you won't be scored until you do.

What are you talking about? I've been changing up my drivers almost weekly, as their prices have fluctuated. Are you saying that the locked in prices will change if you were holding on to a driver?

All your drivers you have now will no longer be on your team or any other drivers for that matter. You will start with a clean slate. The prices you have your top drivers locked in will dissappear and their current market value is what you will have to buy them for for segment 2. Although I think some of the most expensive drivers value will fall from their current market values a little. Liek I bought Johnson at 23.8 now he is 25. If I want him on my team for segment 2 I will have to pay 25 to get him and so on and so on.

ATTENTION: I was wrong! They changed it this year and are only doing 2 segments. The first consisting of 26 races and the next consisting of 10 just like the Cup drivers. They have done 3 segments for the last 4 years I have played this league, sorry for the confusion.
