how's it going folks? hope you don't mind, i made myself at home and registered and all that! i commend you on a very nice site! this is defintely top shelf! thanks to PennSkinsFan for bringing ya'll to my attention!
i am not a flamer or a troll, so don't feel like you have to jump on the Cowboy lover too hard! well maybe a little hard - i can take it! lol! anyway, with the season starting up, i had to look in on ya'll to see what the fan sentiment was for your team.
sounds like mostly optimism! isn't that why this is the best time of year! lots of optimism! hope for a new season!
and speaking of hope! i bet ya'll hope your DT's step up! you are gonna like noble! he is a hard worker and steady! if you can put anyone beside him at all your interior Dline should be servicable anyway. brandon eats up double teams. he doesn't beat them often, but he does require them, taking up blockers.
so anyway, i made my presence known. get used to it! i will be back to trade blows with some of you and chit chat with others.
i hope you don't mind if i fail to wish you good luck for the upcoming season! lol!

Welcome ArkCowboy. We enjoy talking football with other team fans.
I'm looking forward to see what Noble brings to our DL. The report right now is that he's a hard worker but doesn't possess much talent.
I hope he steps it up since we have lost both DTs from last years team.
As Mark (PSF) said yesturday at FAD, its good to be rid of the Stubbelfield/Wilkenson duo of DTs. Both were major disappointments.
We hope you will make this a regular stop on your daily tour of MBs. You seem like a very good poster and a good fan of football.
Mike.

Ark,
Do you believe in your QB situation?
I'll assume you believe in the Tuna.
And believe in the slightly improved o-line?
Most of what I hear down there is everyone thinks Tuna is going to change Hutch/Quincy into Symms/Hostetler.

well Redbeard, let me tell ya. we have come along way from the days of aikman to irvin - that is for sure! but both of our kids have some skills to work with. Hutch is a victim of 'haven't played enough' and Quincy is a victim of (IMO) his ego, and mishandling!
before i forget to mention it, there will be a difference of light years between this Oline and last season!! IMO much more than just "slightly improved"!! i am only sad to know that Emmitt won't be here to enjoy it! but that is another post all together! lol!
back to the QB's, they both have the skills, but in the words of BP "production is everything, potential is nothing" so the preseason will tell the tale. i feel we can have some success either way. QB by committee is not a thing i see JJ warming up to, and even with BP here, he will still have input!
it is a win win situation i think. Hutch will be good with time. Quincy has to overcome his own sense of entitlement and the scars of JJ's expectations of the last two seasons. to me he doesn't seem to handle adversity well and might not make the best back-up. personally, i hope clint stoerner beats them both out! he is a Razorback homey!! but i know he might not even make the final roster, he has bounced back and forth from the PS so many times i think they are calling him yoyo at valley ranch! lol!
but we will be OK! finally on an upswing!
i know this is a cheap shot, but the only thing making the last few seasons bearable has been seeing the looks on danny-boys face as we continued to have ya'll's number! i am not trying to start anything, but i really do not like that guy!!
well, i better end now before i throw anymore gas on potential fires! lol! take care all and thanks for the warm welcome!! i will return!!

HA HA, well you know that shot on Danny can't go unnoticed. JeRRy is going to have a hard time when we start our own streak on ya'll this year.
Great first post, especially for a Cowboys fan. At least the Parcells hype will take some of the medie pressure off spurrier, at least until we carry off the Lombardi this year, :)
Nice to have you here, Ark.
