Pretty descent article on Gibbs giving his insight on back to back superbowl runs. Not sure if this is proper venue for this thread, but here it is anyways.

i think it was a good read, because i love quotes, and there were plenty from Gibbs in that article, and even a good one from Joey T. what usually happens after a superbowl win is that other teams pick the coaching staff apart, and the players as well. even though football is the ultimate team game, a superbowl win seems to make everyone on that team think that they are the best at their positions. Desmond Howard as a super bowl MVP has got to be the ultimate irony.
