Just watching it again on Bravo. I've seen this movie about 60 times and I still stop when I see it on TV. Anyone else think this is just about a perfect movie?

Believe it or not Spence, I've never watched that movie. Another one of those movies that I never had a desire to watch...
I'd probably love it if I gave it a chance...

Excellent violence. Great direction. Acting--well, Connery won an Oscar and DeNiro was nominated for one. Very heroic, old-fashioned good v. evil movie. A classic.

The Untouchables is my favorite movie of all time.

"You wanna know how to get Capone? Here's what you do. He pulls a knife, you pull a gun. He sends one of yours to the hospital, you send one of his to the morgue. That's the Chicago way!"

This movie is great.
Talking about Costner's movie I have just watch the first half of JFK from Oliver Stone. Have you noticed how the introductory speeches of Eisenhower and Kennedy are up to date (if you don't remember or haven't seen it, they speak of the militaro-industrial lobby and of the Pax americana).

Ahh, one of Sean Connery's greatest pieces of work.

The Untouchables was a great movie. I wonder how many of us listed it in the favorite movie thread? I could see Mark playing the role of the accountant.

You talking about the little "bookeeper"? The nerdy looking guy who almost peed in his pants at the train station? Yeah, that sounds like Mark...:p

He could play Capone's bookeeper or the good guy accountant. They were both nerdy
