Dammit, we have no luck. Not serious, but will not tarvel to Carolina. When the hell do we get lucky with Kickers.

Post (http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A31262-2003Aug7.html)

Place kicker John Hall suffered a slight groin pull during conditioning drills yesterday and won't accompany the team to Carolina. Vinny Cerrato, the club's vice president of football operations, said the Redskins will sign a kicker today but Hall's injury is not serious and he should resume kicking next week. .

No gloating Kelly. LOL

Man, why do we have such bad luck with kickers? Its unbelievable how unlucky we are when dealing with PKs....

Ugh, of course this would happen to us.... It's a minor thing and won't last long, but still, I don't like bad omens.

I was looking forward to seeing Hall boot a few. Now who can we pick up?

I just hope that they don't bring him back too early, possibly leading to something more serious.

I think we will be the first team in the nfl, by noy having a kicker on the 53 man roster. Really, i say forget about the kicker. Give the spot to one of the wr,dl,rb,te, or...... the ol'ball coach would love another qb. I know its nothing big, but some times you just have to let it out. we go through kickers like, guinness on st.patty's day.

We've got to have a kicker no matter how you look at it. We really have not had a descentg kicker in quite some time.

The type of injury that Hall has will only worsen if he returns too soon. Hopefully it won't linger into the season.

You know theres not much to look forward to when you rely on a PK to entertain you in the scoring department.

I would much rather never see a FG attempt. Only PA's!!!!!!

Oh well!

Well Richie Rich... it IS pre-season. And with the kickers we have had in the past... a guy who can get a FG even NEAR the uprights is something to behold! LOL!

Hall will be fine, not serious at all, my point in bringing the subject up is that I really wanted to watch him kick Saturday! Dammit!

A groin pull isn't good for a K, that's something that can linger. Hopefully w/ some rest he can fully heal.

Saw him on the news last night, he seemed highly irratated that he was not going to play, he talked as if the injury was non-exsistant but realized the coaches wanted to be cautious.

AGG, I read somewhere today that if it were a regular season game, he'd be playing. So, I don't think its that much to be worrried about.

One of the Panther kickers will be available barring injury. Graham is actually ahead of Kasey in a tight battle. Both are quality NFL level kickers and one will be available once the cuts come in.
