Looks like every article i read he is going to be the third down back and we should expect some explosiveness. I like his comment about Brian Mitchell;
""I'm trying to do the things he did when he was here, and at the same time trying to make people forget about him."

I like Morton alot. He seems like another Bailey type player that we need here... and he can do so much!

Can you imagine an offensive set where Canidate and Morton are in the backfield at the same time? That has got to be making Spurrier drool and D Coordinators sweat. You know it's coming. I don't know of any defense that could match the speed we could throw at them if Coles, Russell, Jacobs, Canidate and Morton were on the field at the same time.

Did you hear that SS will play Ramsey for 2 quarters? Steve said he just wasn't where he wants him to be and wants to see him get more time in then just 10-15 plays.
I do like what I see in Morton, he made a touchdown at FAD and besides there is that new hair color...

LOL - From what I've read and hear, Coach does not think ANY of the QBs are where their suppost to be. Hamdan is the only one that hasn't had any negitive (this week). ........ BUT yes, Ramsey is to get "Extended" playing time. ........... I'd say because of their poor week of practice, he'll (Patrick) have two scoring drives - deep post patterns to Russell and Coles (I hope). ......... I REALLY want Russell to make this team (OMG what speed).

I like Morton alot and of all the players we lost I was most upset about him BUT he hsn't proved he can be a 3rd down back. He didn't fo it in No and in limited opportunities he didn't show anything up here. I hope he does well but we'll see.

Well, sometimes a change of scenery can do a back wonders - just look at Ricky Williams, Priest Holmes, and our very own Stephen Davis (I'm assuming).

With our DTs if this was a real game I would be very afraid of Davis

I can see it now...if Spurrier does leave Ramsey in for two quarters and we blow out the panthers in the 2nd quarter, Spurrier is playing the starters more than its allowed in a preseason game. Never mind that Ramsey is a second year player with only 5 starts under his belt. You watch, if this happens it'll be reported like this....
