Spurrier is planning on keeping Ramsey into the 2nd quarter... and that would be a mistake. Let him play the first and then give him a rest.. why take a chance? It will be interesting to see if Spurrier does it right this time around.

Nah I disagree Kevin. Ram does nto have much game experience. This is a good time for him to go out and get in those live situation and makes mistakes early.

I agree with that philosophy Mark... but this IS the first pre-season game. What would it hurt to work him in slowly throughout the Pre-season games? Spurrier rushed him into it last year as well... put him in for the first quarter,,, then increase it each game... that would give him PLENTY of game time experience. That is better then seeing him get hurt right off the bat (or watching his confidence crash and burn).

Yep, I have to go with Skinz here. Lets take it slow. Start out with 1 quarter this game and then let him play more next week. No need to take a chance right now and something wierd happen.
