Good link Kelly. I'm excited about these too and it grows the more I hear about and see them.

we NEED them to be great together if we are going to make it to the next level. It appears it will work out fine, but you never know, the Skins have seemed to be cursed in the past decade or so.

They need to hook up more than once in this next preseason game and the starting O as a whole definately needs to put up some points against NE, at home. If we don't you know the naysayers will be out in force with whispers of 2001.

Sweet article and realistic. We can expect a perfect tandem be set up over a few weeks of camp. It will take time to develop.

Take it a step further - I hope he develops that relationship with Jacobs, Russell, and Gardner too.

Good read. I like reading about Coles' work ethic. Doesn't seem to be relaxing after getting that big contract with bonus. We'll need all they can give this season.

I think they will be a dynamic duo at some point but it will take some time to develop. I would say by midseason they should be clicking and should be a great combo for many years to come.
How has Taylor Jacobs looked so far in camp?

I am excited about the thought of these 2 being together for a long time. As far as Jacobs, I can not say as I have not seen him much to know, but what I have heard is encouraging

Jacobs has impressed with his speed and route-running abilities. He's still a Florida receiver, though, so caution is advisable.

Just don't take too much stock in the preseason.
I know they were disappointed with their performance last game, but I'm sure that will not be a norm. What team hasn't had a few slumping quarters?

I think they'll be very good, but not immediately. Hopefully by our bye week they'll have a good feel for each other.

Jacobs has impressed many coaches. His speed, and hands making him impressive enough, but add that in with his already knowing knowledge of the Spurrier system, just makes him look natural out there. From the looks of it, Jacobs may be one of those Florida WR exceptions.
