Barker vs Bart ?????

This weekends game against the Patriots will spell te end of one of our two main punters (with our new signee competing starting Monday. Mike Scott has said that the punter who performes the best in Saturday nights game will be left standing on Sunday morning... the other will get a job at McDonalds.


With that in mind... who do you think it will be and why?:whoknows:

I personally think Barkers experience will help him here. Although he has had major trouble in games of late... he went to the po-bowl in 1997 and I think he will figure out his old self.. (at least I hope!)

Brett--- He may not have the strongest leg of the two, but he is the most consistent. I'd rather give the other team an extra 10 yards all the time, then give them an extra 40 once in a while.

Barker makes the cut this week, I don't think they want 2 rookies going at it the final 2 weeks of preseason. They will also continue to scan the waiver wire after the first group of cuts after this weeks games.

It is possible that our punter for this year is not on the roster yet. I think Cerrato is keeping his eye on the competition in Tampa Bay.
