G'day chaps...

Apologies if there's a thread or notice hidden somewhere on these boards

First up - Is there a Tailgate...? I know October 1st was discussed and pencilled in but I need to know if anything's been set in stone as I need to book time off but can't leave it any longer.

As you're all probably aware, there's been a bit of fun and games on flights between London and Washington at the moment, but it'll take more than a few terrorists giving it Bertie Big Bollocks to keep me from seeing the mighty Redskins in person.

In the words of the immortal John Belushi in Animal House - "Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbour...? Hell No...!"

Besides, I can't have Akh walking away with my Undisputed Drinking Championship by default, can I...?

Not ignoring you Treacle, so put the rolling pin away. I'm just insanely busy at the mo. It's me boss, see. It's not enough that he pays me every month, he actually wants me to do work and stuff for it...

It's a later kickoff this year so I should make it earlier. Last year I was just fashionably late...

Not that anyones cares but I am gonna make a massive effort to be there this year... don't know if I can pull it off as I am moving sept 30 so it might be tight but

Thanks. I am so gonna try to become half what I was around here, I miss this place. Sometimes you get distracted by things that are not your daughter or the Redskins... What the heck was I thinkning:banghead: :banghead:

Here is another that cares. Jeff, when I first joined here, you were one of my favorites on this board and your presence has been missed greatly.

add another to the i care bandwagon. :) hopefully you will be able to make it jeff. if you cant make the tailgate, maybe we will be able to hear more from you after you settle down from moving.
