FFL: Which you prefer? 10, 12, or larger team leagues?

Personally, I prefer 10 team leagues. enough good players to go around, plus the FA list is pretty good to pick through.

I think 10 is the most I like. When injuries happen and you can't get anyone to replace them off the FA list, people stop having fun and quit trying, then nobody has as much fun.

I like 10 team leagues but this year I'm going to be in a 14 team league so that will be interesting. At the end I will revisit this thread with pros/cons.

12 team leagues are the best for me.

10 team leagues feature way too much talent on each team. Owners can make a mistake or two or several and still have a talented roster to field each week. I think these are best for owners who dont' want to do as much upkeep during the season.

12 team leagues spread around the talent just enough where owners are responsible for finding diamonds in the rough during the draft or actively pursuing the waiver wire to field a talented team.

I've never done a 14 team league before...but I'd eventually like to.

I prefer 12 teamers for the reason DJ states, but my favorite league ever was a 14 teamer. You really have to manage your team well, because the talent is spread even thinner.
