given all the acting out and general bad behavior this off season, you are hereby invited to rate and post players on the SMS... that is the

SHALLY MISCREANT SCALE

the parameters are that players are to be rated the same way baseball averages are calculated (.000 to .999). ... only in reverse... that is a perfect player, or someone who is both a credit to his team and a heckuva player would be a.000. maybe someone like art monk would approach this number.
and on the other end, the only player i can think of who would rate a .999 would be rae carruth-- on death row. the worse they are, they higher they rate...
