All 4 NFC east teams go 9-7?
The dolphins in the superbowl?
We lose to the giants at home in the opening round?

that looks like the hand of peter king... lose to the giants at home in the playoffs???? NEVER...

That is completely retarded. NO WAY does that happen.
The Dolphins in the Super Bowl sounds completely insane to me. A 2nd year RB, a guy who had his knee completely destroyed at QB, not exactly the best receivers in the league, but yet SUPER BOWL bound.
These predictions are no doubt the ugly child of Peter King and Dr. Z's mating ritual.

Usually it's Zimmerman who writes these.
We definitely won't lose a home playoff game.

I really don't see how all 4 nfc east teams finish 9-7.

...
I'm suprised they don't have the Giants winning the Super Bowl by 80 points.

I really don't understand the dolphins pick. They've been consistent choke artists (even more than manning). And Culpepper with a bum knee is not going to be what he's been.
I really don't see the skins doing worse than last year short of major injury. I agree that the division will be close, but I see someone getting out at 11-5.

who are the dolphins corners? will poole is gone, as well as sam madison and patrick surtain, so who do they have playing corner?
they will finish 10-6 at best, and certainly are not going to make the superbowl. panthers are the hot pick, so them making it is prolly doubtful also. the nfc is so strong this year, its too hard to pick a winner among the group.

they are forgetting history.. when the nfc has been strong, the winner has gone on to the superbowl and won it.. dallas, giants, skins.. all came out of a strong nfc east and went all the way..

I don't remember who they picked last year, for the Super Bowl (I'm thinking it was KC vs Minnesota...lol) but I'm pretty sure they had us at 4-12.

SI is going to go with the "sexy" pick as the Dolphins are. There is no way that they will get through New England and Indy next season. Denver either for that matter. It's pathetic these clowns can make alot of money on this crap.

saban is a fine coach. who would have though the dolphins would go 9-7 last year, especially with a 6gm(atleast 5) winning streak to end the year. alot of ppl say we were the hottest team going into the playoffs, but i think the dolphins were the hottest team at teh end of the year, unfortunately 1 game out of the playoffs. i dunno how their secondary is though. how will they do w/o a compliment to ronnie brown? they got a few questions, but could be in a good position for a super run in 07.
if i had to make a pick for 06 super bowl, i would go with NE(if they are healthy) vs a team from the NFC east.

that would be a good parlay.. as a longer shot, i might take cincy because of how good palmer looked.. if he is back, they will be tough despite all the off season turmoil

Why should anyone put stock in their extremely inaccurate predictions? I will never forget when Pasta wrote an article about how Jason Campbell will assume the full time role for us after we were outta playoff contention. *CENSORED*. They aren't experts hardly. They're biased idiots with a dream job.

The you click on the team info and it says this:
The arrival of offensive guru Al Saunders and a few other key high-profile additions will take the Skins deep into the playoffs.
As deep as a thimble or a puddle? I'm not sure which.

despite having the most interceptions, the defense is still a little suspect
youd have to wonder though, if cincy does make it to the superbowl, which player pulls a ray lewis?

It happens the same way that Art Monk retires holding nearly every Receiving record in the books, but isn't worthy of the HOF.
Makes perfect sense to me. ;)

i think it would be really cool to have every team in the division finish above .500(as long as we make the playoffs)
im not calling it a high possibility of it happening, but the talent in teh conference, it doesnt surprise me.

the team info section is completely pointless. the belief: al saunders and the fa signings will bring us deep into the playoffs. the reality: yeah... they have some questions at quarterback? just about everyone on the team is poised for a huge season though. thus the COMMON SENSE prediction of 9-7. OF COURSE, why did that record not come to mind with everyone we picked up and all of our team ready for a big season?

But they are unwilling to take a risk with our division in picking a clear cut winner. What a bunch of **Censored by Spence**!!!

Uhhhh, how about this time:
http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2006/writers/peter_king/2006/everybody.wins/index.html
Peter King's best-case scenario has us going 13-3!!!! He has us losing to only dallas (once), indy(i think we all agree with that one), and tampa bay(can you blame him?).
What makes this even better is the cowboy's best case scenario is 12-4 and the eagles and giants BEST CASE SCENARIOS have them going 10-6!!!!
I can't beleive peter king wrote that, but you gotta love the love, especially considering all the doom-and-gloom going on.
