I 've been offered a trade where'd I'd receive Ahman Green &
Hines Ward for Muhsin Muhammad & Willie Parker (my guys).

I like Willie Parker's prospects. I had the #2 pick in an annual 12-team league and picked him #23 (next to end of 2nd round). Here's my squad:

McNabb
Volek
LaDainian Tomlinson, RB
Willie Parker, RB
Deuce McAllister, RB
Michael Turner, RB
M. Morris, RB
Muhsin Muhammad
Reggie Wayne
Drew Bennett
Troy Williamson
Donte Stallworth (we drafted before his trade!)
Jeremy Shockey
Josh Brown, K
Olindo Mare, K

I would say no. I think WRs are a dime a dozen, but a good RB is golden!

I would take that deal. Hines Ward is a guaranteed producer and Ahman Green was a top back before injuries and the depleted O-Line. He is only 30, so he could regain some of his form.
Willie Parker hasn't proved anything yet and Muhsin Muhammad is old and playing on a garbage offense.

The worrisome part is that Green had a torn thigh tendon earlier in the preseason and hasn't played yet ... ditto for Hines Ward and his hammie.

I told my buddy that we can talk more after week 1. A pair of injured high quality injured players won't do me any good.

You don't think Fast Willie Parker won't rack up yards with that Pittsburgh offensive line? [I do wish he were playing for a contract this year though ...]
