It didn't take long for LB Antonio Pierce to start looking ahead to Sunday's game in Philadelphia. That's because he suffered a season-ending ankle injury on what he believes was a questionable hit by the Eagles last Dec. 11, during a 26-23 victory.

Pierce, the Giants' leading tackler at the time, suffered ligament damage and missed the final three regular-season games and the playoff loss to the Carolina Panthers.

"I owe them one," Pierce said. "They took me out. Everybody who was on the field when they hurt me last year has one coming. I feel like it was a dirty play, so I'll have one for them."

Umm it sounds to me like he wants to try and take someone out! I think if he does take someone out either on purpose or accident i think he should be suspended for the season.

He really has changed since he left here. Money gives some ppl a huge ego.

Maybe that's why Gibbs & Co let him go? We don't need any bad seeds around here.

he really has changed a lot... i liked him as a player, but he needs to just shut up

He is one stupid dude! Not only giving the Eagles some bulletin board material; now he's gonna be watched like a hawk by the zebras. What a putz!!:doh:

Thats exactly my thought to. now if he makes a questionable hit, the zebras and the NFL will be looking at him.

What is stupid is saying it out loud. I hate talkers and prefer people to just do whatever needs to be done. I don't remember a dirty hit, but if someone took a shot at my knees or any cheap shot.... I'd get mine. I think I'd pin their jersey up in my rehad are so every day I thought about leveling the playing field...

But I would never talk about it to the media.

exactly.. wait until some pile up after a play.. really dumb to go public.. not only will the league suspend him but some enterprising DA could file criminal charges based upon intent to hurt.. it has happened in hockey..

i think its because they both went to playoff teams and the media was all up on them. Especially for Antonio in NYC.

the media eats up that kind of stuff. any chance to slam the redskins as a players former team..

still AP better be carefull.. if he injures someone and it can be shown on replay to have been anything but a clean hit, the roof could fall in on him because of his prior statements of intent

Watching the philly/midgets game, Pierce looks like crap. Two blown coverages on Smith and just completely whiffed on westbrook? Wtf happened to him? Did Lavar lay his eggs in his chest and ruin him?
