In my work league on Yahoo, I was just offered Larry Johnson and David Carr for Peyton Manning and Frank Gore. I just traded for Clinton Portis so here's my team:

QBs
Peyton Manning (s)
Mark Brunell

RBs
Clinton Portis (s)
Ronnie Brown (s)
Warrick Dunn
Frank Gore
Kevin Jones

WRs
Santana Moss (s)
Deion Branch (s)
Muhsin Muhammed(s)
Chris Chambers

TE
Kellen Winslow, Jr.

K
Jay Feely

DEF
Philadelphia (s)
Denver

I'm also trying to pick up Donald Driver off waivers. Any advice? I'm currently leaning towards taking it giving me 2 top flight RBs.

no way in heck. Gore is racking up decent numbers and Carr is no Peyton Manning. Johnson has done ok but not great this year. I would not make that trade knowing what I know now.....maybe before the season but not now.

i wouldn't do it either...between Dunn, Gore, and Ronnie Brown, you have a solid group to choose from as your second running back. Peyton is starting slow, but he did the same thing last year and after his bye week was untouchable. Stick it out with your roster as is. If anything, try and use your running back depth to get a second stud receiver.

Don't do it! Don't even think about it.
